A Lovely Week + A Few Of Sneak Peeks

It’s been one of those weeks.  You know the ones.  The type of week you wish you could redo over and over again.  Because they are that good.  That impactful.  That fun.  The kind of week that makes you appreciate life while motivating you to keep striving for the best.  The kind of week that makes you smile from ear to ear.

It started last weekend with an engagement session that warmed my heart.  I’ve loved this couple from our very first meeting back in October and have been excited for their engagement shoot since.  Despite the clouds and cold weather in the Bay Area last Saturday, once we passed over the mountains on our way to Santa Cruz, it was sunny and beautiful.  It was such a fun afternoon with an adorable couple.  Here’s one of my favorites from that shoot.

Then came Monday.  I boarded a plane and headed to LA for the Jasmine Star workshop.  I have been looking forward to it like crazy since I got the “Your In!” email weeks ago.  I have so much to share about it, but for now I’ll just say that it was simply amazing.  I learned a ton, met such wonderful people and got to spend a day with the always inspiring J*.  And here’s one of my favorite’s from that workshop.

And today, Matt graduates from USF with his Master’s.  To say I’m a proud wife is an understatement.  I am so lucky to have a guy who is continually trying to better our lives. All his hard work over the past two years pays off today.  Ready to celebrate with family and friends and cheer him on.  The perfect end to a perfect week.
